Experience/Business Background
Over 40 years of real estate experience has given me a great respect and understanding of the business. This has been my only career. As a top producing salesman, a trainer, a manager, and now as a full-time regional manager for 10 years I have had the opportunity to create a unique management philosophy for success. I have co-authored three books, one of them titled, “Help for Kids-Understanding Their Feelings About Moving”.
Education
My business major at the University of Minnesota and my continuous training has helped me to create the “Larry’s Laws of Success” program. This five point program addresses all the management skills that are needed for an enlightened successful career in real estate. I have also created and taught a program on Attitude, and Goal-setting, and a special program on Happiness. I have completed the educational program from Integrity Coaching.
Community/Professional Involvement
I have been active in leadership positions in several non-profit organizations. Some of these positions include the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors President, and Realtor of the Year, both in 1996. I have been a Rotarian, and am a Paul Harris Fellow. I am an alumnae of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity.
Marketing Opportunities
During my experience as Association President, I had the opportunity to visit many other real estate markets, and was told by others that Edina Realty is the national leader.
Personal Strengths
I have always had the gift of long term vision, and the ability to communicate that vision clearly to others. I enjoy listening to others in order to understand them deeply, and have gained new skills as a coach in asking powerful questions of others.
